Most Frequently Asked Questions
Please contact me if you have any other questions
“My home is such a mess, I’d be embarrassed to show you around.”
Please don’t be. I’m here to support you, not judge you. The hardest part is often making that first call, but it’s also the first step towards a calmer, well organised home.
How does it work?
We’ll start with a phone call to understand your needs. Together we’ll agree a clear action plan and either begin straight away or schedule a suitable time to start.
All decluttering sessions are collaborative. Every decision about what to keep or let go is entirely yours.
What do you need from me?
An open mind, uninterrupted time and a willingness to maintain the systems we create together. By working side by side, we’ll design solutions tailored to your lifestyle, making it easier for you to remain organised long-term.
I’m not able to physically help, does that matter?
Not at all. What matters most is your input and decision-making. I’m fit and energetic so can take care of the physical side.
Will you make me get rid of my things?
Absolutely not. This is a common concern, but everything I do is guided by you. Items that matter to you will always be respected and incorporated into your space. You stay in control of every decision; I’m simply there to guide and support you.
What happens to the things I no longer need?
Where possible, items are donated to local charity shops and care homes or recycled responsibly. While I can’t take items to the tip due to waste carrier regulations, I can organise collection.
Do you clean?
I’ll clean surfaces such as shelves or cupboards where it supports the decluttering process. I don’t offer a full cleaning service.
